A750 Channel Numbers

I have a A750 which froze this morning, so i power cycled the unit and when turned back on the channel numbers have all changed.
previously i had numbers like 101 bbc 1, 102 bbc 2, 212 discovery. but now all the channels are 2173 bbc 1, 2174 bbc 2, 2136 discovery, also there does not seem to be any order to the channels as in before channels used to be grouped, eg normal tv, factual shows, music, films were all located beside each other.
Any ideas how to get the old channel numbers back, I have already tried deleting the channels and rescanning, but this doesn't fix it.

it may need a firmware reflash if factory reset and recan didnt replace the channels back in order. but first i would make sure power scan on then leave on standby for an hour and the box will rescan whilst sleeping that may well put them back

reflash the box, scan again, then leave for an hour or more on standby. See what happens.

Thanks. Factory reset did the job, was worried i would have to reflash software but that done the job.
