When itry to update the frimware on my kryptview it says "the downloading is not requested" i need help very quickly please.

this usually occurs when the comport that is set on loader is incorrect check in control panel which is being used or start at 1 then go up one at a time till one works

thats what ive done but it still says the same message.

are the cables new? as you may have got the wrong ones it must be a null modem cable and a usb serial adapter cable if using a laptop

yes these are the cables im using any help

you defo need to be sure you have all the correct cables and done as per the install instructions here http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...utorial-42524/ then you will be good to go
