kryptview a700c

Hi does any one know of any simple reason why my Kryptview box \700c would lose all of its channels? I did disconnect it as I'd bought i new tv. My normal cable box works ok but arnet has lost all it chanels - I rescanned following the instruction on one of the posts here but no joy. Do you think i need to reflash it?

try and reflash m8 shoyld be ok then ,if not try a different image

no should not need to reflash it,have you connected up all cables correctly

check yours leads at the back off your box and where they come in they may have been accidentally pulled out, if not and everything is ok just re flash

mine as just gone off as well. getting message no video or scrambled
