kryptview arnet a700c,they all gone down?

hello everyone,our box and afew other people with the same one has gone down,can the existing firmware for the 750 be used to reboot the a7oo,im new to all this any help would be much appreciated,thanks guys.

what firmware are you on? what area you in? and when did this happen? yes the firmware is compatible but if you all in the same area it would more than likely a local issue, working in the area so to speak maybe just check vm website for issues.

arnet a700 c

have owned 3 of the arnet 700c boxes 4 18 months ish they went down about then and i downloaded and flashed them and perfect. a week ago they all went down again so trying to download suitable firmware so i can have a go at gettin them up and working i live in southampton and i know that at least 4 others living close and have same boxes have same problem and talked to another person who said like us he had virgin/ntl feed in and different box and his is down as well i am a total novice at all this and i really do mean novice and people on this site and others say do this and its like chinese so any help would be very welcome but a relative in soton has a box and they are ok so this only adds to the problem so again any suggestions for downloading would be welcomed thanks

once loaded scan for channels for your area n*l, telepest or whoever
dont come much easier than that salhorn, hope you get sorted soon

Mine went as well (leicestershire) deleted all channels and re-scanned. All working fine now!!! Hope it helps

3.7 software is followed by ------- new cards then --------- Nag 3---------NO BOXES WILL WORK (apart for VM boxes)
