KryptView DW800 Audio and Video message

Hi this box has been working well but this morning it's come up saying no video & audio on the display, i have done two factory reset's and checked all cables. i have the latest firmware & on Hemel Hempstead nthell line..

Any idea's at all how to fix? or is this a code change the dw800 can't pick up?

Problem sorted after a lot of messing about. i reloaded v1 of firmware then put latest v2 firmware and re-scanned.. There does seem to be some glitches in this firmware i do hope they iron these out in the next firmware please.. if anyone knows of newer firmware in the pipeline do tell....
