arnet a700c channels missing

hi to all i have a arnet kryptview 700c thats asking for code update , i set it back to factory settings and rescan for channels but it only picks up a few mostly the ones you dont want, is that because it needs the code or am i doing something wrong i thought it would still pick up all the channels but no picture , any one got any idesa or the same problem , thanks

You need to throw your box in the bin
Then phone Vermin and ask if it would be possible for you to start paying their TV services
Otherwise buy a freeview box
