arnet double trouble

hi all, last night while watching t.v around 12 pm everything went off!. being late i left it till this morning switch back on and i now seem to have all the channels back x2 so one saying no signal the works o.k. any ideas as to how to get back to normal??

do factory reset then rescan that will solve the problem for the time being.
