My Kryptview remote control has stopped working all of a sudden,

double checked and tripple checked the batteries but still no luck...
what could be wrong with it ?
Where can i get a replacement from?

Another Arnet A700c remote problem

Hi, a couple of weeks ago now something happened to my arnet box, and someone told me to do a factory reset. After i done that, my box worked perfectly with all channels. The only thing is the remote now doesnt work. Ive changed batteries, but still doesn't work. Previous to resetting the box the remote worked perfectly but now it doesnt. The green light flashes to tell its working, its just not being recieved by the box. Any ideas on how to fix it??

Google Skywonder you will find one there. However I would test your remote beforehand as it could be a loose or faulty IRD on the box.

You can check your remote by using a camera phone or any digital camera with a display. When you press the remote if you see the remote flashing it is working and the fault is then with the box.

have you the latest firmware on box.

Im not sure has i bought the box second hand about 6 month ago. I was told back then that it has up to date firmware. Is there a a way to find out what firmware is on it?
I also do not own any kind leads that i have seen that is required to flash a box.

you can try the remote sensor working with a camera phone just press a button on remote whilst looking through the camera at the sensor. maybe just factory reset and rescan again to see if that makes any difference

use your trick of using a camera to see if the remote is working, and it works...

it seems that the box is playing up then? any fix for this?

has the box been moved or dropped? the sensor could have moved, try to operate the box at different angles or remove the casing to see if a loose wire, the box will not be working that much longer so it wont be worth the cost of a repair

my thoughts exactly about repairing it, just be throwing money away.

i'll try using it at different angles and see if there is a loose wire... hope ther is

opened it up today and played about with the ir sensor but still no luck, is there a way i can just replace the front panel, with the ir sensor on it
