Video Channels Only!

i have the same problem as mentioned above, i have done the factory reset then tried the rescan but im still only getting 2 video channels!!!

i go to Cable Auto Search - Automatic scan - set the symbol rate to 6952 and start the scan.

the 's' bar at the bottom status 96%
the 'q' bar at the bottom status 75%

but the minute it starts scanning it drops to zero!!!

i have the cable plugged directly into the back with no spilter!!!

Any suggestions please????

Have you tried a factory reset then rescan?
Your area has not been hit by nagra 3 yet but its just a matter of time before it is.There are lots of posts about nagra 3 on here.

Do you have the latest firmware on your box and are you also in Wolverhampton?
