A700c user instructions (help me please i'm losing it)

    Hi all,

Could do with some help here if possible please

Newbie here, got a700c second hand and was working fine.
(No instructions just box and lead)
Lost all channels with message saying scrambled or no video.
Came onto this forum and found instructions for installing software loader etc, messed about trying to update / re-load software, kept getting error message. Gave up.

Got all upset and started looking at menu functions, no idea what i was doing but recall doing an automatic search. Next thing i have all channels back, problem is i have 2 of every channel, 1 works the other does not. (Scrambled)
How do i delete the repeated channels i don?t want?
What happens if i do a factory default settings? Will i have to re-load software? (Don?t want to do that if not needed)
Has anyone got a copy of the user manual, i can?t make any sense of the menu functions?
Appears to be lots of good advice regarding downloading the firmware etc, but how do the box menu functions actually work??
In need of dummies guide if possible.
Many thanks in advance, frustrated newbie with way too many channels!
