Hello, I live in the Manchester area and have an Arnet A700c box. In the last few days firstly it was freezing then starting again but now I have lost all channels. I go to the menu and easy installation and go through the instructions on resetting I have done resettting before and factory default settings with no problem the problem I now have is that when loading channels it will go no further than 7 then status reads finished network loading and goes back to the easy installation page.

Can anyone help me with this I have tried everything and am getting very frustrated I can normally sort problems but this one has me beat.........Jan

When you have done a factory reset unplug the box and leave for one minute.

You may have to do this a couple of times to get the full list. If you dont get the list scan on any and when finished factory reset again and unplug again. Eventually you will get a list of all the regions.

Thank you for your reply, I tried that 4 times but still couldnt get NTL, so tried Chorus and that seems to have worked somehow. Thank you again for the help.

Thought Manchester was ex C&W as in Man3 41048, Man1 41060 and Man2 41066

I have a Krypt that was playing up, after a factory reset I noticed all the Net IDs had gone, I just did a full network scan and that did the trick, I then had to just delete all the duplicated channels.

Theres not long left now.
