arnet a700c channel dupliates

hi lads im not familiar with the arnet the problem im having is some of the channels are duplicated with some working and some not working,
1. do i just go into user pref and delete all channels then rescan (network)
2. factory reset then rescan (network)

hi wilf wonder if you could help me my virgin box went off the other daY NO CHANNELS THEN CAME BACK ON NEXT DAY since then bbc1 2 itv and channel4 4 all pixelling and breaking up tried rescan 4 liverpool all channels working but not these 4 could you suggest anything thanks steve

try the info he gave me factory reset the scan done the trick for me.

done rescan 8 times no different

as we are so near to the boxes going off due to n3 i wouldnt reccomend spending money on a booster. you could try menu>system settings>other settings>signal deviation. just move that up or down one or two at a time to see if improvement

I have lost all movies & International channels...reset to factory settings,rescan..still no luck!!!!!
Any help is welcome
My box has the last update issue for new updateded as per download list...
this could b time 4 new software update / or is something wrong in my krypt box?

read up on nagra3,as movies are the first to go and the rest will be gone in a week or 2.
