arnet a700c

Hi all, just got a new arnet a700c conected up to tv but most channels encrypted what do i do next, i tried having a cup of tea but didn't help? i am new to all this, have i just wasted ?80 or try drinking something stronger and crying into my pillow.

you need to download the software onto your box have a look in the download section

ive downloaded the software i think "Kryptview_05102008"
no idea on how to use it. Is there a simple step by step guide that i can use that tells me everything i need to know?

.did your box come with a cable

depending where you bought the box most come with firmware in place,so all thats needed is a scan

make sure you input the correct net id for your area

if you have already been playing with scanning you may need to do a factory reset to get the net id to show

select the correct net id then scan this will bring up all available channels

this is presuming the firmware is already loaded onto you box

i have recently switched over to a arnet and like most the keys have rolled today, i used to be able to do the cards but this is different, the box was working with all channels so i know it has the software but i would like to some or advice on how i get the new keys onto the box, i have the cable but need to know what software i need in order to get connected to the box and the new keys over. i assume there is a file i have to import into some software and then connect to the box, any help is always welcome

dont want to miss united kick the citys arse on sunday, we so need to make sure we get back to winning ways over them......
