hi when i turn on my dw800 the front flashes loader v10 and no power 2 the tv can eny1 help please

same thing happening to me but it gets to a channel then goes pop and starts up again - think its buggered

same with mine. I have to use the EPG to change channels and for the most part its ok, but on some channels it still has a fit and resets. Not found a fix for it yet, but looking at the nagra 3 threads, this is the least of our worries

had similar problem before nag 3. unplug cable then do factory reset and plug in cable and scan network.
it worked for me

have you got a separate hdmi lead that needs to be plugged on?
