Faulty box ?

Just got the Kryptview lan box today but the remote wont do anything, the remote is working, also only 2 lights on on the i connector, any help please cant do auto search.

Have you flashed it with the latest (10/04/'10) firmware? Your supplier would be the one to ask as it is effectively connected to a server.

You should have been given these details with the iconnector.

That should be the correct firmware, it is also posted here by stroner http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...63/#post566707 you can verify if it is the same one you are using.

The remote should work if it was flashed correctly, (also do a factory reset after) and you have checked that it is emitting from the diode as I presume you have after saying it is working but not working, (confusing I know).

The third light will only start working once connected to the server and this will only occur once the box is flashed successfully. It is an A750 and not an A700c?

Reason I said ask your supplier is because we cannot give out information on how to connect to CS/IKS servers. I am sure if you look in the thread specific to this STB you may however find one or two nice members who may be able to help you out off the main forum.

Indeed but it is new to market so a few threads like this will usually help out.

Yes got it working but loads of stations not on like stv chan 5 news 24 and lots more, did another auto scan but cant get them back.

dont keep auto scanning as you will get loads of channels,do a factory reset 0000 to delete channel data and auto scan again from direct feed from wall to box as its the strongest.

Got stations all working, you have to select your region first, I missed that.

On this box if you keep doing auto scan over and over, you get extra stations, no doubler's, i found you have to select your Region, if you find some stations not there another auto scan will find them, hope this helps, another trial and error thing.
