a780 scrambled or no video

scrambled or no video message on sly sports news wich i no is a free channel can anyone give advice please ?

try a rescan or delete the channel and rescan mate.

i still get the same scrambled or no video message strange its on a free channel i have deleted , rescanned few times also factory reset as well

It is strange mate. Can you not find out what frequency its on (just in case its moved tp) and try a single frequency rescan. If you have any other boxes in your house you can check or try downloading an up to date channel lost from any box for your area to check.

the tuners are decent in the kv so wouldnt have thought it was that.

The problem is not a the A780 end, it will come back soon when sorted.

if the tp went down you will get no signal maybe that is what happened.
