can anyone help i live in gateshead area and lost my chanels on my kryptview arnet a700c box have factroy reset loads of times but stations come up waiting for code update

im pretty sure that your area is down and out to nagrivision3, if so you will not be able to recover those lost channels again with that box. give it a while till people get home from work and someone in your area will confirm this

Gateshead/Newcastle is N3. boxes are dead. i live in Newcastle and it's the same headend as Gateshead.
