channel searching

got the A780 and set it up no problem its just that im not recieving all the music channels.....everything else is great stuff......any ideas guys ??

could try factory default> delete all channels> then do rescan, may just pick them up next time. this will not delete the software you put on.

ive just got it ya see.....scanned 1st time without any splitters and chose my local connection ....got everything else except music

we all start somewhere mate give it ago, you wont lose anything else. theres not as many music stations on cable as there is on satellite though if thats what you were used to before.

its wierd because its all the MTV channels that aint there......long nite for me eah ha ha

takes 2 mins to delete all channels 10 mins to rescan them back, get cracking then hopefully you have it sorted by the time the ~~~~ comes on at 10pm
