Need help with new arnet box

Hi guys new to this, every time I try to download software to my new Arnet A700C box, the loader says "downloading not requested"

Would be very grateful for any advice from out there

i have the same problem with my laptop but my desktop does it no probs. it could firewall settings oncomputer when you do the firmware update unplug your kryptview go to down loader and select file dated 12/09/08 then press download then put plug for kryptview back into socket and bobs ur uncle

Dont have the feed in when u flash, just have the null modem cable and power lead, nothing else.

check our com ports,...should be 1-4 no higher or you get the message your explaining.
