help on aspect ratio for the KV A780

i have a 42" panasonic viera and wondered whats the best setting for the ratio in the setting...ive messed about but flicking through channels they either seem too small or too wide ...any ideas would be great !!

if you can, then set your box to combined and set your t.v. to auto.
