scan box and getting no channels please help what have i got to do?

Have you flashed the box ? if so make sure you select the correct area , once scanned reboot your router and box .

did you remove sticker from back and plug it cat5.ethernet cable.

connect router after scan

Yiu need to connect the router ater the scan.

I ahd an similar issue.

Still do not pick up ll the channels,
