A780 Changing channel makes me lose signal

I have just bought a Kryptview A780 and have loaded the latest firmware onto it (180610) and I do the scan and get all the channels I want fine, and they are good picture and I can flick through them no problem just after I've done the scan...but if I find a channel & then stay on it for about 10 mins, then go to flick over to the next channel, it will say Scrambled or no channel, and so will the channel I was originally watching if I go back to it. All channels will just lose signal, and then I have to rescan again, and again, and again.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or a solution? Thanks.

do you just have bb or do you have a min sub?

I have vermin sub downstairs, and used to have an additional sub for my room upstairs, but I cancelled the upstairs sub when nagra 3 came in, so now I just have the sub downstairs.
But I have my a780 in my room, runnin off the lead used for the old sub.
And I have 20mb bb.

did you try box downstairs to see if any better.
think they can turn your old one off now that its not used.

Nah I haven't, I might just do that though. But for now, I've found that when it loses signal, I just put it on standyby for a couple of minutes, then turn it back on and (still there will be no signal) but as soon as I change over, it picks up the channels again. Weird.

I believe i had that problem too , What i did was a factory reset then scanned using the network id for my area as i believe i done an all network scan when i 1st got the box probably due to the excitement of getting it up and running but since ive rescanned using the correct network id for my area its been all good !!

then read the forum rules

then start your own thread with your problem.
