Hi I was just wondering when installing it the firmware do you turn your box on after starting the downloading process or at the same time?

Lastly I have got the box delivered in a plain white box is there a official Kryptview packaging?

mines came in a white box too.
dont think anyone's too bothered what the packaging looks like.....

Hit the start on the loader then power on the box.

A750/A780 Plain white box is the standard packaging.
