Understanding kryptview & server

If you have kryptview connected to a server and the server goes down, would that be by either accident or design? Can you switch to another server or would changing internet provider be a safer option.And wot are these glitches on kryptview i'm hearing about, are they easy to overcome.

box goes to one location only,it cannot be changed,glitches may happen if you have bb only which has a lower signal and using splitters,read the other kryptview posts.
