Kryptview a780 problem

Hello
i have set up my a780 box according to setup guides but cannot get paid channels s#y sports 1 etc.

all channels are listed but only fta are viewable i get "scrambled or no video" on all others



i am in watford herts

any advice would be much appreciated

have you used a correct ethernet cable to connect to your router

thanks tried a different lead and all ok now

make sure the scart is in properly

By default the volume is at its lowest when the box is scanned. Just turn up the volume with the right arrow when on a channel.

had a few with no audio open up box unplug psu lead to main board and replug as it may just be a bad connection with no power going to audio chip
