    help with a780

    hi Ive been trying to load the firmware on to the a780 i have the right comport but ever time i try to load it keeps saying that you have not requested download?????? people keep telling me to press start and power on the box at the back but it is not working just says the same thing not requested download please help

          i'm not being cheeky m8, but are you sure you have the right com port?
          also is box the powering up, when u switch it on?
