just got a kv780 for a friend set it up at his home vermin had just installed broadband for him, i connected kv to router port lights on router show port active send recieve light flashing but channels not decrypting took box and network cable to my house connected it up and everything came up within about 40 seconds any bodyelse had this problem

maybe factory reset and auto scan at their place with lan removed,when finished connect lan and reboot both boxes -
I had this with one. Tried for ages and couldn't get it to work. Took it to a m8s and it worked first time. Took it back to the other house and it came on no probs.
Also turn your router off and back on when connecting the box.Comment
