    Wireless? Which adapter?

I have a kryptview box in my living room, and my wireless router (netgear WGR614) is in the next room.

I'd prefer to connect wirelessly if possible rather than having wires all over the floor.

Can anyone tell me which wireless adapter I would need as I'm new to all this?

      Thanks.

I've been told I have to unplug from the router on a night time to avoid detection. How would this be possible if it was wireless?

why on a night time? are they not detectable during the daytime then? not heard that one but as its been mentioned time and time again here, they could detect if they really wanted to. anyone using vm bb and watching vm tv are more at risk than someone using opposites, but i have not heard of anyone getting caught for watching a kv as of yet

Is there any cheaper alternative to the homeplugs?

No you need a 'wireless bridge' or 'gaming adaptor' to connect wirelessly to your router. Or you can get the homeplugs
