Kryptview A780 Channels Random Scrambled

Hi People, has a KV A780 for a few weeks now, got 200 mps homeplugs, all conected working just fine. Only problem im having is that the programs seem to randomly be scrambled. I can flick thru the channels and some are scrambled and some arent. One minute discovery is scramble, then its unscramble, then 5 mins later its bloody scrambled again. Beginning to think this box is a pain in the arse. Great picture quality though,. Can someone please advise me what im doing wrong, if anything, thanks...

Kryptview were carrying out server maintenance yesterday, so people will be missing some channels it should be sorted by now. If not, be patient and channels will come back shortly.

Some areas in London were down yesterday afternoon but were back by the evening.

Just home from work and done aauto search for the first time everything seem to be going ok, see all the familiar channel scrolling up and down, after it was done, tried putting it on sly spports and other good channels but it comes up ''scrambled or no video'' only have a few channels bbc,itv,cbb'c, ceebies not many to be honest? What have i to do now? i have broadband only. no tv sub and no phone

I still have alot of channels not working now. This is doing my head in. I think its time to UP my sub
