I am using Kryptview and i get all chanels my signal is about 77
not sure what acceptable signal strength is but just make sure you are not going through a splitter and are connected to internet.

just to make sure your scanning properly m8

          1 do a factory reset
          2 select automatic scan
          3 change provider to telepest
4 change channel type to "networked" (this is what i think your doing wrong)
5 start scan (green buton i think)
6 after a few mins a list of tp's should appear
7 chose one nearest your location
8 box should now scan and store all channels.
if there are still channels missing, then you may have a weak signal.

Cant think of anything else to try Milly.00 its possible your signal is just too weak

There are other more experianced people on here that may be able to suggest other possible solutions.

                Sorry M8 and good luck.

hi i had the same problem signal strength 55
got it sorted by changing the feed cable, it must be a good connection.
mines working fine now ( touch wood)

Is the feed cable the one that screws into the back of the box , how do I fix that ? , how do I connect it direct
