HI. i have got a problem i got a virgin modem i connect the modem to box and i did s/w update but few minute after error and i cant update it

it says i manual you can only update firmware using rs232

not sure i understand you...
you have to flash the box on your pc first.
then any further updates can be done through router

If the op has a facility for S/W Update the box must have been flashed.

FTA software does not have the update facility.

Depends on your area , I live in merseyside but selecting Liverpool in tp list did not give me all channels so I selected manc1 and got all channels
