    help channels not working!!

    hi got my new box today installed the firmwire 09/09/10 and i went on the channel gt only 1,2,3,4,5 buy i can' the other channels
    any help? much appreciated

      a bit more info required as to set up

      are you running lead from router port to box or homeplugs/wifi bridge

        homeplugs and they are constantly flashing and yes i am connected to the internet

          go into menu
          then click on s/w update and post back what it does....

            i am doing that now and its been there for a good half an hour saying searching new update

              that means you have no internet connection...
              is it possible to check with an ethernet cable?

                i dont have a long enough ethernet cable am using homeplugs

                    yes just tried it working fine the problem is when it is connected to the box i only get three lights on the left but when it is connected to the laptop it gives me the three signs on the right aswell. so is this the problem?

                            its nowt to do with your signal level m8...
                            you really need to try a wired connection for youur internet, to rule out a problem with the homeplugs...
                            what is worrying is that your laptop worked....

                              it says it scrambled or no video??
                              a guy called milly.00 had a similar problem he said"Got it sorted at last I didn't have both home plugs set up correctly" do you have any ideas how he did this?
