    Help please

I had a kryptview A780 delivered today but I did not have time to set it up .I was under the impression that these boxes connected directly to the vm cable via a splitter, just as the sv4 box I had,but also to a router via an ethernet cable.I can't see an ethernet cable connection on either my box or the photo on kryptview firmware loading guide/Tutorial.Is there one,if so where is it .Thanks

Look really, really hard and prod your fingers into every nook and cranny and eventually you will find it.

Remove the black tape on the back of the box next to the power switch. The socket will be revealed.

Thanyou. It does not help that the box came with instructions for a kryptview A750 box.Did that have an ethernet port? The tape, anyway, was more like a blanking cover for an unused option.'And he's got to flash it yet',you'll all be saying.

I beleive the A750 is the same box as A780 only the 780 has an Ethernet port.
