    kryptview update

I have just bought an kryptview A750 and pluged the RS-232 lead into the back and into my computer.
When i try to upgrade the s/w it fails, why is this happening as i am connected to the internet via broadband

You have to flash the image on the box first,

            a common problem check.
            1. correct port is selected
            2. you are using a NULL MODEM CABLE and not a seriel female to feamale.
            3. when u hit the download button, switch box off then on.

                    go into
installation menu and hit software update.
post what it says on the screen.

You have to connect it to your router m8.
