all channels working fine on tv upstairs, moved box downstairs reconnected but can only get freeview channels, tried rescan still no channels checked connections all ok. using homeplug for internet connection. in manchester. any ideas.
the power socket your using may not be on the same ring main, if say you have had a extension built, try putting it back and see if the channels return
