hi just got mysef a kv a780 i have put firmware in and updated it and still the channels are scrambled,i live in the wirral area,i have scanned l,pool and manchester areas ,and still scrambled,im proberbly doing something wrong i normally do,any ideas thanks

Have you plugged it in to your internet router ?
