How are the kryptview channels displayed

I winter to find out if after you've picked up all the channels are they automatically sorted for ya like the starview boxes did or are all the channels mixed up, and also Iv already asked this question and I didn't reqly get an answer can I use a different Internet provider to hook up to the box or dose it have to be virgin media broadband
