This is a common problem with this box. How are you connecting box to pc.
Check:
Check you have correct port is selected
Are you using a null modem cable and not a seriel female to feamale cable.
When hitting download button, switch box off then on.SLOWLY, OUR FREEDOM IS BEING ERASED.
SOON, WE WILL JUST BE A NUMBER.
