hi,
i downloaded the fix and installed it but still does not work.
is there something i'm doing wrong. I'm only getting bbc1 - 5 and some fta channels

you need to flash ur box with the latest firmware.mine went down and ive flashed mine with 28/11/08 firmware its working fine but i might need to flash again when its all been sorted out.thanks to all who contribute to site.............

im not sure what im doing wrong but ive connected up the box to my laptop but the box isnt saying 0000 even though i have installed and updated the drivers...any ideas?oh and im using windows vista if that makes a difference?

If you are using a USB - RS232 cable & null modem cable you may have problems, better to use a PCMCIA - RS232 adapter or use a PC. Sounds like your flash went wrong, try again.

You need to extract it (right click - extract here) and use the loader to flash your box.
