Tried the 29-11-08 update but still getting the "Downloading Not Requested" message.

hi guys..hope you can help new just joined this. can anyone help as following the instructions to put box back on but asking for kryptview software..we didnt get this when we got box. can i download it from somewhere??

What didn't work sunny1664? Have you tried to flash box? you will need 29/11/08 software the downloader and a null cable first then should be ready to go
