Mate no matter which server you use, there will always be the odd channel missing, it's the nature of the beast, for instance I use Knowsley 2 for St. Helens as that is the best for what My Family and I watch, where as Knowsley 1, doesn't give me the channels we watch.

As I've said before at least your getting most of them.
