Of course they can trace you. If you have a subscription or Broadband they have all your details including your Bank details to collect the DD's.

For them to look further into the sites you visit which would include the server they would be in breach of the DPA.

Its a funny world but possible that the server could also be the server for the likes of Microsoft or Tesco or even the US Whitehouse. Could you imagine the problems this would cause if VM stopped all trafic to the server.

Start worrying if you get a knock at the door.

yes they can trace you, but they will be after bigger fish, all previous boxes were traceable, but they dont have the man power to enforce it.

It is possible but nobody knows what they would do about it if they did trace you,

very unlikely you will get a knock on the door but that's the risk you take.
