I-CONNECTOR SET UP ?

had a spare 750a so got an i-conn to have a play .. put the f/w on the box and scanned then put the i-conn on , rebooted router and i-con all the green lights are on and one is flashing but channels still not clearing ,,


am l doing something wrong ?

go into:
menu
s/w update.
this will test if you are connecting to server.

if it reaches server:
either it will update s/w or you will get a message saying "s/w already done" or something like that.

if not. then it will say "searching s/w update"

What firmware did you put on?

A750 and Iconnector have seperate firmware to the a780

n1 m8, good to hear your up and running...

sometimes it take a while for the channels to clear after initial set up....
some folk panic and start posting for help

saying that its gone off again .. wife went back onto the dreambox she didnt tell me . tried all above again and havnt cleared ,, will leave over night

has to be an ip problem m8 l have 4 dreamboxes and this on my network as well as all the lappys . will have to have a play tomorrow , shame u cant change ip addys

Have you tried giving them all static ip's or are you getting the ip's by DHCP

all my dreams are static m8 ,, the lappys are not so one of them might of taken over its ip ?

Might be worth giving everything on your network a static ip m8, that way you know where you are and will rule out any conflicting ip's
