trying to install kv780 box

hi please help me trying to set up kv780 have plugged internet connection, got screen up to install done auto search, but when completed it says exit, l exit and it comes back to the setup screen. can someone help as complete tech idiot. thanks

after auto search press vol+ on next screen and select your providor from drop down menu search network, then press green button and select your net id, box will do the rest

thankyou, but have screen saying easy install, when search done says exit, when exit goes back to same screen easy install

you have plugged in your cable feed?

[dont do it it'l hurt]

have you flashed the latest file to the box if so
make sure cable is in the back firstly
the do a factory reset ( some times need to do this 2 times )
then do as above

l just want to say thankyou to everyone that has helped me l am up and running now oh my god cant believe it thank you so much. no espn but got others so dont care thankyou.

sometimes it doesnt pick up all the channels when u scan m8...

factory reset and scan again

The channels are all fuzzy on mine after the set up. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
