kryptview a780 gone off

hi,my kryptview a780 has just gone off,i have done a rescan no joy,so i done a factory reset and scan still no joy,i am in liverpool on telepest,if i scan a different area will this help.

I am using PV3.6.00, I tried doing software update scan but it saying already updated so I'm presuming it's the latest, is that right Gadget ?
