Which f/w to install??

Hi peeps......Can someone let me know which f/w to install on my a780 which arrived this morning.....i have 2 f/w in my docs......
09092010 and 18062010......both say for a780 but unsure which one to use.......

the numbers are the release date of the firmware....

always use the latest
