    Lastivity of Kryptview A780?

How long do people think this box will last?
I personally think it will last for some time but maybe in the future you will have to pay a fee to use the server.
For now it should be ok though.
Theres still plenty of demand for the box and with production been slow that will help its lastivity.
I reckon down the line they'll bring out an HD version which people will buy into and this will help fund the servers and then there will be people who buy second boxes for bedrooms etc.
It would be difficult to see how they could keep it going forever though.

Well m8, i dont think anybody knows how long the servers will last for KV, SV or anyone else.

As with any business, as long as they make a profit, they will carry on. As soon as they start to make a loss they will pull the plug or find other ways to charge for the service.
SLOWLY, OUR FREEDOM IS BEING ERASED.
SOON, WE WILL JUST BE A NUMBER.
IF WE DON'T FOLLOW, WE WILL BE ERASED.

In a years time you will have had a good run out of your I-connector.

RE new models. The A750 was an old model they could have let go, instead they brought out the I-Connector.

        ( is lastivity a word? ) ;-)

unlike starview they gave the support and another bite at cherry to all who had bought 750 previously before switch off and never had to but did with i-conn, they could have went straight to 780 and said fcuk em

Nope. I think they mean longevity.

true, but they will have made money on sales of the i-conn. If they weren't to allow that feature they may have lost them customers to starview

And they would of returned very quickly. The SV has been down more times than its been up.

That appears to be a fair comment.
