just got a kryptview a780, help

firstly thank you for reading my plight for help, i used to have a starview hd combo but got so fed up with the football freezing due to server issues i decided to sell and get a kryptview.

well this arrived today and i have flashed and scanned for channels and set it up for the area nearest to me, all is working fine............but

two of my all time favourites channels are not on the box

i cannot get sky sports 1 or liverpool fc tv

can anyone help, is this because they are not on the server or am i missing something, i really miss these channels.

any info would be appreciated, would it make a difference if i select another area which is not close to me?

do you have these on your box? if so what area did you use?

if u r using a splitter remove it and scan again then refit

ive tried that still missing sky sports 1 and lfc tv, also all of the espn channels

im in london, scanning telewest and after scan i choose hayes, what area should i choose on network id to give me sky sports 1, espn and liverpooltv

try telewest then haringey i get everything useing them

yes m8 just tried l.f.c. nearly up chucked but its on {cfc}

to check you are on the latest firmware.

press "menu"

select "installation"

then "s/w update"

the box will now check you are on latest firmware and update if necessary....
i doubt this will help you with your missing channels though...
i would keep rescanning trying diffrent net ids until you get the correct one....

also when scanning, best to scan without splitters (you do NOT need internet connection when scannning)

yep i got same firmware, this is starting to irritate me now, technically i should be getting everything you have

as i live close to you!
