My remote wont work on a780 anyone else had this problem

Did you try the camera test to see if it is the remote at fault and the obvious check of the batteries? If you have and also tried a factory reset and/or reflash, then I would look at the IR receiver in the KV.
Make sure that it is seated correctly and hasnt become loose.Sometimes it can become faulty due a dry joint. A simple reflow of the solder on the IR legs would solve it. But if it is still under warranty your supplier may replace it at worse case.I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams -
i had same problem with my new a780,just opened box and moved remote sensor forward a bit,that done the trick,but be carefull.Comment
