    kryptview v starview 7

I am going to purchase a kryptview box ,but was just wondering before i do ,what is the best box out of the starview 7 and kryptview a870,because i have noticed starview7 are quite a lot cheaper yet they both do the same job ,dont they?

The only real difference other than price at the end of the day is support.

As you say both do the same thing but IMO the KV has the better support.

You can read the pros and cons from both sides across the forum sub sections that cater for both. Ultimately the decision is your's in relation to what you want from either STB.

If you want either for simple plug n play and watch TV these are fine. If you want them to tinker with as a hobby then I would look elsewhere in relation to CS.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams

            As SATSMO says.

You also have to consider that the Starview being cheaper will sell a lot more and this could effect the server performance.
Also you have a year max with the Starview then you buy a new one. So it could well work out more expensive.

And to conclude, if you are looking for a Kryptview give me a PM. I may be able to help. ;-)
